Inspections are carried out of both the internal and external areas of properties during the same year that works are due. Following this, a scheduele of works and a summary document is produced and distributed to the Archdeacon, the Â鶹ÐÔ°É Surveyor and the occupant for consideration and comment.
The agreed schedule of works is then sent out for competitive pricing and the successful contractor instructed – this contractor will then contact the occupant directly to arrange a convenient time to visit and carry out the priced works.
